fantastic location and great breakfast
great locationrich breakfasthot room
The location is unbeatable (a huge plus!). it is a short walk to the lake and many shops and restaurants. the hotel arranged an excellent airport transfer for me. the breakfast buffet was also the best i have had in italy. It was very rich.
the air conditioning did not work well. the room felt weirdly hot. i would have appreciated a better functioning ac system.

the location was convenient with easy access to restaurants right outside. breakfast was a delight with accommodating staff members and a good variety of options. the proximity to the boat to bellagio and the train station made exploring simple!
the air conditioning in my room did not seem to work very effectively.

This hotel's position in the central square allowed easy exploration. The lake and ferry station were a short walk away! access to dining and shopping areas made it so easy to find things. train stations were also nearby.

the room got very stuffy and hot , and there was an old ac , made a terribly loud noise. i could not use that , so i was very tired the next day. because the location is very central , i couldn't really sleep well with open windows.

the hotel had a perfect location, right in the main square! multiple dining options were available downstairs. our quadruple room offered plenty of space for luggage.
The walls seemed very thin, i could hear noises from outside, above, and below. It was distracting. a light in the room wouldn't turn off, i had to cover it. the air conditioning made a terribly loud noise. I couldn't use that.
